Community Health Center
Part of the network of Federally Qualified Community Health Centers (FQHCs) operated by Community Health Care of Pierce County, this major new development in Tacoma’s Hilltop neighborhood brings full access to medical, dental and specialty care to more than 17,000 patients annually, regardless of their ability to pay. Development included a new 3-story, 59,000 SF medical clinic building and an adjacent 300-space parking garage. The new facility provides primary medical care, an Urgent Care clinic, specialty medical care (including Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine); pharmacy; laboratory services; a dental operatory and clinic; community meeting space and a medical imaging lab service. The facility also includes a Family Practice Residency Program in conjunction with the Franciscan Health System and MultiCare as well as Residency for Dental Care and Nursing.
