Client: YW Housing (now Second Step Housing)

New construction of a 25 unit permanent rental housing project with a mix of 1- 2- and 3-bedroom units for low income families. Located on Fourth Plain in the Ogden neighborhood, the project is central to transit, shopping and other amenities and includes a common laundry area, community room and secure outdoor play area for children.

Financing includes: Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Federal HOME funds, State Housing Trust Fund and Federal Home Loan Bank funding.
