For more than a century, Compass Health has been a leading behavioral healthcare provider, addressing the most pressing needs of children and adults in the north Puget Sound Region.  Compass Health owns the entire block in this high capacity transit corridor in Downtown Everett, where it currently provides a wide array of mental health and supportive services to adults with mental illness and co-occurring disorders, in addition to permanent rental housing and the Snohomish County Triage (a mental health crisis diversion facility).

Phase 1 of this multi-phased project is a new 82-unit Permanent Supportive Housing development operated under the Housing First model; with ground floor resident support services and independent studio apartments above. Lotus is providing full development services including finance, project management, program services planning and construction management services through lease-up.

Rainier House – Seattle, WA

Supportive multifamily rental housing

Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) provides effective and affordable solutions to homelessness for Seattle’s community’s most vulnerable men and women through a network of care, housing, and support. Rainier House is part of DESC’s network. Constructed in 2008 at a cost of approximately $9 Million, Rainier House comprises about 55,000 sf and has 50 units of supportive housing for men and women with mental illness who have spent long periods of time living on the streets or shelters. Rainier House is an integral party of DESC’s mission to offer shelter and end the homelessness of Seattle’s most vulnerable people through an integrated array of services and housing.
