Compass Health, a 501c3 nonprofit behavioral healthcare provider, owns the entire block in this high capacity transit corridor where it currently provides a wide array of mental health and supportive services to adults with mental illness and co-occurring disorders, in addition to permanent rental housing and the Snohomish County Triage (a mental health crisis diversion facility).

In Phase 2 of this multi-phased project, Compass Health will demolish its existing Bailey Center and develop a new 94,000 square foot facility to provide an array of mental health treatment services including intensive outpatient mental healthcare, pharmacy, crisis diversion beds and evaluation and treatment beds for involuntary commitment patients in a community-based setting.
